This option gives the opportunity to have your property featured for a whole calendar month on the index/home page. Please send us the text describing your property, location, size and number of bedrooms, land and any other information you believe relevant to present your property in the best possible way. Send us also the best images from your property. Provide also contact information that will be published along with the property description. This will give the opportunity of prospective buyers to contact you directly, thus saving you hundreds and thousands on agent's commissions. The price for the For Sale by Owner advertising is £85 per calendar month. Option Two: Index Page Main Image Block
The second option is to use our main advertising space which is the major image block just under the menu. The image with the short advertising description are both linked to the details about the property. Again if you provide your contact details, they will be published along with the property description and prospective clients can contact you direct, which is a very cost effective way to find prospective buyers without paying agent's commissions. Provide text description of your property along with images by email. Price for this option is £285 for a full calendar month.
